Developing intercultural competence is a core capability in the 21st century that involves cultural self- awareness and culture-other understanding along with the ability to adapt one’s mindset and behavior to bridge across differences. Join this session to gain insights concerning intercultural challenges you are facing and learn how diversity and inclusion actually helps an organization.

Session 2 - Racial Reconciliation

Practicing racial righteousness is a facet of living out one’s faith. But, what does reconciliation and restoration mean? God’s love works through people to disrupt injustice and oppression, bringing healing to us and our world. Engage with this session as we learn to live in right relationship with God and our neighbors.
