Immigration Check-In is a federally mandated process that requires new incoming visiting scholars to report to Office of International Students and Scholars Services (OISS) and have their immigration documents reviewed. The Immigration Check-In Form should only be completed AFTER your arrival in the United States.

Immigration Check-in Procedures

Step 1: Complete the applicable online check-in form as soon as possible after arrival in the U.S.

Step 2: Report to the OISS at the Hovey House (258 Hammond St.) in-person no later than 30 days after the program start date listed on your Form DS-2019. Be sure to bring your passport and DS-2019 form with you when you visit the office. To best assist you, we kindly ask that you book an appointment using our online booking calendar.
