President: The president shall be held responsible for delegating work to members and officers, organizing the meetings and events planned, and leading the club to achieve its goals. The president must maintain constant communication with all board members.

Internal Vice President: The duties of the internal vice president shall be to assist the president in meeting and event planning to smoothly carry out events throughout the academic year. The internal vice president will send out biweekly emails regarding club activities, and will remain in constant communication with the Publicity/Graphic Designer..

External Vice President: The duties of the external vice president shall be to assist the president in meeting and event planning to smoothly carry out events throughout the academic year. The external vice president will be responsible for collaborating with external organizations, directly interacting with the SOLE advisor, making room reservations, and maintaining communication with the Event Co-Heads.

Publicity/Graphic Designer: Design flyers/graphics before events and programs, create facebook events, manage outreach, and update all social media platforms.

Tutoring Director: Oversee the ESL tutoring program, develop/update ESL curriculum, and maintain communication between families and tutors. Must be able to speak Arabic/Daari/Farsi in order to contact families.

Events Director: Plan and organize upcoming club events including guest speakers/panels, field trips, socials, etc. The Event Co-Heads must maintain constant communication with the treasurers.

Treasurer: The role of the treasurer is to manage the finances of the club, which includes keeping an accurate record of all monetary transactions, expenses, and funding proposals.
