After School Care Application 2024-25
Lancaster Mennonite plans to offer our After School Care program for those families that need care for their children beyond the normal school day.  The cost for this program is $8.25 per full hour or part thereof. You will be billed monthly via your FACTS account. Please complete and submit one form per student.

By completing this form, it does not guarantee you space into our program. Priority is given to full-time registrants, and students who are not eligible for busing. You will receive an email confirming your spot in our program by August 7th.
  
AFTER-SCHOOL CARE – 3:00-5:00 p.m
  • Located  on the playground or in the multipurpose room beside Millstream Hall. 
  • Snack is provided generally during the second hour.
  • If not picked up by ending time, an additional late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged.
  • There is no after-school care when dismissed early for inclement weather or on scheduled early dismissal days (unless staffing is such that the school could offer it on occasion).
