We are now asking those wanting to coach to fill out an application to coach. This will do a few things for us to better our program. #1 We want to know who is dedicated to coaching a team. #2 We want to know that the coach has some experience with the sport. #3 We want to see how many coaches we have before we decide how many teams we will have.
