Please use this form as the official Transportation registration for the 2024-25 school year. Registration for transportation occurs each year for each rider. Your current registration for the 2023-24 school year registration will NOT carry over. In order to reserve transportation for the 2024-25 school year you must register using this form. The deadline for transportation registration is May 15, 2024.

 If there is not an option that fully describes your intention please use the "Notes" section to describe your specific situation.

Completing this survey will indicate an intention to use transportation. After the registration deadline, families will receive a confirmation email and instruction to submit a deposit to the Finance Department as needed based on reimbursement status of district of residence.

Families will have an opportunity to change their selection before the July 12 deadline. After July 12, all registrations are considered a commitment for the entire year.

Failure to register by the May 15 deadline may impact the service that can be provided for your transportation needs.
