Registration fee for the event is $75 and includes one night at a local hotel, meals, t-shirt, and camp instruction. Instrument assignments will be decided on March 21st. Students will receive their instrument assignment and music through email on that date. Late applicants will still be accepted after March 21st but are not guaranteed any instrument preference.

Saturday, April 6th

8:30-11:30 Rehearsals and technique clinics
11:30-12:30 Lunch
12:30-2:30 Final rehearsals and run-throughs
3p Transport equipment to Rockefeller Center Gym
4p Performance Time
4:30 Transport equipment back to Loar and dismissal
