YOU want equipment? WE got equipment!
Submission of this request to RLA does not guarantee you the use of preferred equipment choice. Each request will be evaluated and decided on in a first come, first serve basis. Careful consideration will be based on the availability of the RLA executive board members. RLA has the discretion to deny a request at any time. Once you are confirmed RLA will send you an email about when you can retrieve it from the RLA office. We are no longer delivering equipment. ANY EQUIPMENT REQUESTS LESS THAN A WEEK FROM EVENT WILL BE CONSIDERED VOID! It is your responsibility to get your equipment for your event along with the cart that is provided to you. We will not accept equipment for return that is not cleaned.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Equipment must be requested at a minimum of one week prior to your event
-You MUST work with RLA executive board to pick up the request from the RLA office in 132 East Vandenberg.
-Oil, butter, measuring cups, kernels, and bags for the popcorn machine will be provided if approved
-The popcorn machine, cooler, Gatorade jug, and blender MUST be washed with soap and water before being returned
-Equipment must be returned next Business Day during RLA office hours if possible
-Please only one form for all equipment you need.
-If your event date changes please send
