Bon Appetite Meal Delivery Request
This form is to be used by quarantined/isolated/ill students who have ordered a meal from Sayles Cafe and need it to be delivered to their location. 

Please submit your meal request via Bon Appetite using the GET App  - https://carleton.cafebonappetit.com/cafe/sayles-hill-cafe/. 

After completion of the order online, please fill out this form and the student worker will be notified of your request.

Delivery times are variable based on cooking times, volume of orders, and delivery distance.

Deliveries will only be made to campus owned housing (Dorms, townhouses, interest houses, and quarantine spaces). 

Only the ill individual can order and accept the delivered food.

Please wear a mask when accepting the meal delivery order.
