The Bearcat Diversity Book Club will be reading the book How to Be An Antiracist by Ibram X. Kendi for the Fall 2021 semester. This book will discuss concepts of racism and will provide Dr. Kendi's proposal for anti-racism utilizing an anti-racism framework for individual actions and systemic changes. This book will challenge some our thoughts on addressing systemic racism while providing all of us the opportunity to learn and grow together so we can all address issues of race on the Northwest campus.
