The "Save Our Swan" Pledge Form
Thank you for your interest to register a pledge. At this stage, we are seeking pledges instead of actual donations. Please fill in this form so we know how much support we can gather from the community.

Here are the options:

1. Active investor
These are investments over £50,000.
If you choose this option you will have significant equity and have an active role in The Swan, could receive a salary or be appointed on the board or management, have rights to dividends, but have no access to the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS)

2. Silent shareholder
These are investments in units of £1,000
If you choose this option you will receive equity investment consistent with EIS conditions, have rights to dividends, and be involved in biannual general meetings, with refreshments thrown in.

3. Goodwill investor
You can 'buy a brick' for £100
The loan is repayable in goods and services and you will be honoured on our Community Wall (if you wish)

4. Donations
If you would just like the project to succeed, any amount is welcome.

The pledges will only be viewed at this stage by our active investors and Richard Douglas (Formerly an Army officer and CEO of a grant making charity) He will collate the pledges and send you more information. This will include further details on the vision, business plan and the Enterprise Investment Scheme.
