REALTOR® responses to HUD's RFI on Housing Affordability
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published a Request for Information (RFI) seeking public comment on Federal, State, local, and Tribal laws, regulations, land use requirements, and administrative practices that artificially raise the costs of affordable housing development and contribute to shortages in America’s housing supply. NAR will be submitting comments to HUD and would like to provide some good examples of how federal, state and local regulations may act as barriers to housing affordability.

Please fill out this google form by Wednesday, Jan. 15, with any examples that will inform NAR’s comments to HUD on this issue.  Thank you!
