The key request process will now be transitioning to DocuSign. Please be sure to fill this form out correctly and read all of the fields. If you are a student or volunteer, the building card will deactivate after one year. You will have to submit a new form after that. Another thing to note is that Safety Training is REQUIRED for students and volunteers that are working in a wet lab, no exceptions.
