Dear Families:

As you are aware, all visitors to Wilson Wims Elementary are required to bring their Photo ID’s (Driver’s license) when visiting the building.  When we hold large events we are trying to prevent a long line to check into the building.  In order to make this process more efficient, we are implementing a pre-registration form where families can pre-register for these larger events.

Here is how it will work:
1.  Complete the bottom of this form with the names of the people who will be attending the event
2.  Come to the event and BRING YOUR LICENSE/PHOTO ID
3.  Once you arrive at Wilson Wims ES, we will have an additional table where a pre-printed label will have your name on it.  

You MUST SHOW YOUR PHOTO ID in order to pick up this label
We will have a separate “express line” for those who have pre-registered.  All you need to do is show your ID and pick up your pre-printed badge.

We will continue to have a separate line for visitors who have not pre-registered.  It is our hope that with this new expedited process there will be reduced waiting times for visitors to enter the building during our larger events.  

*Additionally, if you visit the school prior to the event, you are also able to scan your license/ID with Mrs. McAlister/Mrs. Norton/Mrs. Radhakrishnan to pre-register.  If you choose this option, you do not have to return this pre-registration form.  (You can only pre-register for yourself in this manner.)
