PCA is looking for creative and dedicated volunteers to work with the Board to plan and host a variety of exciting events throughout the Fall 2021 season. These events will serve as important fundraisers for the organization to keep costs as low as possible for all families. In addition, these events are fantastic team and family bonding activities that create lasting memories!
The Event Committee will focus on the master planning and execution of all social and fundraising events throughout the upcoming year, including: securing venues, creating marketing materials, interviewing and hiring vendors, soliciting donations and/or event sponsors, determining decorations and activities, following up with thank yous, etc. The Board will also be actively involved in this Committee. The Board will secure additional event-specific committees to help with the day-of set-up, etc. if needed.
Active participation on the Event Committee will fulfill your mandatory parent participation hours for the Fall 2021 season.
