Utica University: Permission to Remain in Residence Hall over designated break

Utica University residential students are required to fill this form to request permission to enter their residence hall over break.

Thanksgiving Break requests must be submitted no later than November 15, 2023.
Winter Break requests must be submitted no later than December 1, 2023.

Please note you must have a valid reasoning for staying and may be asked to provide further documentation for proof. Reasons may include but are not limited to:

International or prohibitive distance to home
Unsafe, unsteady, or unavailable home environment
Athletics scheduling (athletes do not need to complete this form, as coaches provide a roster)
