This form is intended to collect information from the family members and guests of our graduating students who will be joining us on campus for the Commencement Ceremony in Rindge, New Hampshire, on Saturday May 11, 2024 and will require access to our accessible parking lot. Only individuals who have registered and can present a copy of our permit, which will be emailed out in advance of the ceremony, will be able to access this lot. Additional parking spaces are available in other lots on campus and there will be golf-carts that can escort those that need additional assistance down to the commencement site.
Please complete the Questionnaire below. We will send out an electronic copy of the permit that must be printed off and brought with you in the vehicle that you have registered for access to the Accessible Parking. A full email will accompany that permit and you should expect to receive, if registered prior, by the end of the day on Friday May 3, 2024. The deadline to register for access for this parking is at 12:00 PM, EDT, on Thursday May 2, 2024.
