Hebron Bound Football Camp Registration

Who: Grades 1st through 6th (Fall 2024) 

**This camp is open to any  child in Grades 1st through 6th grade. This is a non-contact football camp where kids will learn basic fundamental skills for offense, defense, and special teams in a fun-filled  environment that will also encompass the core values of the Hebron Football Program.

When: May 27, 2024 – May 30, 2024 (3:00  pm – 5:30 pm) 

Where: Hebron High School,  Arena Turf Room

I, as a parent or guardian, give permission for my child to participate in the HEBRON BOUND FOOTBALL CAMP, and acknowledge that he is physically able to participate in camp activities. I hereby authorize the camp staff to act for me according to their best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I acknowledge that I may be responsible for any cost (through family medical insurance or otherwise) incurred due to sickness or injury to my son. I hereby waive any claim I might have against the camp director or the institutions providing facilities. This athletic camp follows guidelines set forth by LEWISVILLE ISD and UIL.
