APPLICATION: Transdisciplinary Early Learning Science & Child Policy Graduate Certificate (TELS&CP)
Thank you for your interest in the Transdisciplinary Early Learning Science & Child Policy Graduate Certificate Program.  We invite you to apply to the Certificate program by filling out the application below. Every application will be reviewed. If accepted, applicants will be notified of their acceptance via email. Completing the application does not constitute being accepted into the program.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
1. Be currently enrolled in a UC Berkeley graduate program
2. In good academic standing: GPA of 3.0 or better
3. Have no more than 2 Incompletes (I) on their academic record.

Coursework requirements: Minimum of 3 courses and an internship, totaling a minimum of 9 units.
1. Required core course: EDUC 264--Early Childhood Policy - Children, Contexts, and Politics in Diverse Societies (3 units)
2. Minimum of two or 3 elective courses, chosen from the list below, totaling a minimum of 6 units. Courses not on the electives list will be considered on a case-by-case basis
3. Internship with an Early Childhood Policy focus 
4. PASS/NO PASS on electives + core course is not allowed

This application for admission signals a student’s interest in the TELS&CP, but does not guarantee that the Certificate will be awarded, nor guarantee a seat in TELS&CP-approved courses.
