Applicants must:
1. Be currently enrolled in a UC Berkeley graduate program
2. In good academic standing: GPA of 3.0 or better
3. Have no more than 2 Incompletes (I) on their academic record.
Coursework requirements: Minimum of 3 courses and an internship, totaling a minimum of 9 units.
1. Required core course: EDUC 264--Early Childhood Policy - Children, Contexts, and Politics in Diverse Societies (3 units)
2. Minimum of two or 3 elective courses, chosen from the list below, totaling a minimum of 6 units. Courses not on the electives list will be considered on a case-by-case basis
3. Internship with an Early Childhood Policy focus
4. PASS/NO PASS on electives + core course is not allowed
