We're looking for the industry's next 30 female future creative rising stars to profile with their work in Campaign Magazine.
Right now, the number of female CDs is just 15% so we're looking to highlight and profile those who are going to be the next female creative leaders.
There are no restrictions as to disciplines (concept, design, user experience, creative technologists are welcome) and no minimum/maximum age limit for the candidate.
We are not looking for women at the top of their game. We are looking for women who have achieved a lot—but have the potential to go further. They will have proven success in the past 12 months and have demonstrated an ability to shape innovative solutions, fresh ideas and stunning work.
* Please note you can apply as a female team or if you're a woman working in a team with a male partner. Or if you're solo, perfect.
Nominate your future rising star or your own work (self-nomination is encouraged) by Monday, March 13, 11.59pm.
We'll showcase the work and the creatives at our flagship conference on May 16, 2018.
To curate the list, our judges include creative directors from across the industry:
Cairan McCarthy, Group Creative Director, R/GA, Charlotte Morton, Google Agency Team, Cheyney Robinson, Former Global Chief Experience Officer, Isobar, Jo Wallace, Creative Director, JWT, and Rob Doubral and Laurence Thomson, Executive Creative Directors, McCann London
Criteria:
This is for individual women only
