'Stay In, Check-In' | Community Wellness Check-in
Hosted by Asian Mental Health Project, "Stay in, Check-in" is a series of free weekly wellness circles for folks to learn from educators in mental health and wellness, as well as unpack feelings regarding current events. 

These sessions are to provide a brave space to unpack, share experiences, gather resources and heal.

Some sessions may offer guest speakers in the mental health profession. We recommend that all attendees be 18 years of age or older. Please email asianmentalhealthproject@gmail.com for any questions.
