This training session is open to any CU employees and provides a tailored exploration of non-apparent identities within higher education staff dynamics, addressing specific challenges and offering practical strategies for fostering environments that nurture the thriving of non-apparent identities. Through engaging discussions, we aim to create an inclusive space where individuals with non-apparent identities feel acknowledged and celebrated, fostering a supportive culture within higher education.
