IABC World Conference 2023 Meeting Room Request Form
Submission Deadline: April 30, 2023

Rules and Regulations:
  • No event may take place without prior or written approval by the IABC headquarters staff.
  • All promotion of the event must be pre-approved by the IABC headquarters staff.
  • Events are to be held in a manner that is consistent with the professional and educational nature of IABC.
  • All associated costs, including food and beverage, audio/visual, special signs, moving of furniture, etc. will be the responsibility of the requestor and not IABC.
  • Use of IABC’s membership directory for promotion of any event is strictly prohibited.
  • No event may take place during an official IABC function, including educational sessions, refreshment breaks, luncheons, and/or receptions.
  • IABC shall have the final right to approve or deny all event assignments. Any event found in non-compliance may be cancelled with the hotel by IABC. 

Functions are permitted to take place during the following times:

Sunday, June 4 
9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Monday, June 5
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. (depending on size of meeting), after 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, June 6
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. (depending on size of meeting), after 6:45 p.m.

Wednesday, June 7
7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., after 12:15 p.m.
