If you're a new PPS student, or a returning student, and forgot your PPS password complete this form. A staff member will reach out to you once your password has been reset. This form is monitored Monday-Friday 8am-3:30 pm, except on holidays and when the school is closed. 

Keep in mind: your username is usually your first initial + last name + last four digits of your PPS ID number.
Example: Bart Simpson Student ID:123456 would have a Username: Bsimpson3456
