כמו כן, המרכז מזמין את תושבי הגליל כולם להצטרף לפעילויות המרכז ולחבור לאחת האוכלוסיות שצוינה לעיל כחברי צוות פעילים למיזמים.

Tel Hai Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center is designed to encourage students, graduates up to three years and faculty staff members for entrepreneurship and innovation.
The center invites all residents of the Galilee to join the center's activities and join one of the populations mentioned above as active team members for the projects.
The Center accompanies development of projects and partially funds their development,
Produces activities and events,
And leads an entrepreneurial Academic program.
