Please list the first name and year at camp you want on the name tag. It can be  a nickname. If you don't include anything here, by June 17th, we will use the CampDoc nickname or first name. Please do not include pronouns or pronunciation. If you write Ayla (but we pronounce it eye-lah), that is what will be printed on the name tag. We will assign the camp family here which are groups of about 10 campers with a counselor.
