NDA FOR CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI)
The United States government has indicated that they will be releasing CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (INFORMATION) to the University of South Alabama, in order work/research to be done on a Sponsored Project. CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION is  governed by  32 CFR 2002, Executive Order 13526, Atomic Energy act of 1954 , DFARS 252.207-7000 and 7012 NIST 800-171.

To be able to work on a project which contains INFORMATION, you must agree to the following:

1. You will keep INFORMATION secure at all times. *
2. You will hold in confidence any and all INFORMATION disclosed to you regardless of whether such INFORMATION is transmitted in oral, written or other form. *
3.You will not use the INFORMATION for any purpose other than for the Scope of Work. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to convey to you right or license to INFORMATION. *
4. You will not publish, distribute or, in any way, disclose any INFORMATION to any third party without the prior written consent of USA or sponsor, unless that third party is approved to accept INFORMATION.   *
5.You shall never share or cause this Information to be shared with anyone who has not signed this agreement, a foreign entity, or a person deemed foreign nationals, unless pre-approved  in writing by the sponsor. *
6. You will comply with NIST 800-171 with regard to downloading, printing, e-mailing, sharing, and destroying the INFORMATION *
7. Your obligations with respect to any and all of the INFORMATION, as set forth above, shall continue in full force after the end of the Agreement. *
9. All materials embodying INFORMATION, including, without limitation, slide presentations, documents, data, drawings, photographs, and lists; furnished to INDIVIDUAL by USA here under shall remain the property of Sponsor and USA and shall be returned promptly to USA, together with any and all copies thereof.   *
By signing your name below, you acknowledge that there are criminal and civil penalties including imprisonment for up to ten years and a very large fine for violating the CUI protections and that the individual can and will be held personally liable if they violate this agreement. *
Please enter the Grant name and/or agreement number of the project you will be receiving CUI. *
