HPCA TK - 8th Grade Afterschool Registration
The purpose of the Afterschool Care program of High Point Christian Academy is to continue quality,
biblically-based care for students in grades TK-8 beyond the regular hours of school.

Afterschool Care is a ministry for parents and employees of the Academy who have employment which restricts them from picking up their child(ren) at the end of the regular school day.

Daily (Occasional) Rate (per child):

Pick-up Before 4:00 p.m. - $20.00 per day
Pick up After 4:00 p.m. - $28.00 per day

Daily Rate users: Afterschool charges will be added to your Blackbaud Tuition account at the end of each month. 

Yearly Rate (per child): 

Pick-up Before 4:00 p.m. - $150.00 per month
Pick up After 4:00 p.m. - $235 per month

Afterschool closes at 5:45 p.m.

Late Charge:  A late fee is charged for children not picked up by 5:45 p.m.  Failure to pick up your child by 5:45 p.m. will result in a charge of $1.00 for every minute a child remains in the Afterschool Care after 5:45.  Late charges will be added to your Blackbaud Tuition Account. 

By signing this form, I give my permission for High Point Christian Academy to add the yearly or daily Afterschool charges to my Blackbaud Tuition Account.  The payments will be deducted September 2023 – May 2024. The amount will be added to the date that you selected for the tuition draft.  AND  I agree to adhere to the policies and procedures that are included in the Afterschool Care Guidelines and this form for the 2023-2024 school year.
