INSTRUCTIONS: This Form must be submitted each time an individual is requesting permission to operate unmanned aircraft systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, quadcopters or drones (collectively referred to as “Drones”) on a JCCC campus or at a JCCC activity. Requests to fly Drones MUST BE SUBMITTED at least two (2) weeks in advance of the proposed flight to allow for internal coordination and evaluation. JCCC may not be able to accommodate late requests. JCCC will generally process requests on a first-come, first-served basis except that priority will be given in the College’s discretion to requests made in furtherance of JCCC operations and its educational mission.

*Note – Requests from JCCC Students or Employees unrelated to their status as a JCCC Student or Employee will be treated as a request from a Third Party. For example, if a JCCC Student requests to fly a Drone, but the flight is not related to JCCC coursework or other student activities, the request will be reviewed the same as a Third Party request.
