If your child is under 12 years old:

Run Leaders are not insured to lead children under 12 years old so can take no responsibility for the child during the activity.
The child may partake at their parent’s own risk and discretion and must be accompanied by their parent/guardian at all times.
It is the Run Leader's choice whether they are happy for the child to run in their session or not, and this will be communicated to the parent in advance.

If your child is between 13-15 years old:

Run Leaders are insured to lead children aged 13 years + but the child must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or nominated adult at all times.
It is the Run Leader's choice whether they are happy for the child to run in their session or not, and this will be communicated to the parent in advance.

If your child is between 16-17 years old:

It is the Run Leader's choice whether they are happy for the child to run in their session or not, and this will be communicated to the parent in advance.

Photography and video consent

We often take photos and videos of our runners partaking in events, and use these to promote the activities of the club on social media. We will take all possible steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately, you should inform a member of the club's organisation group.
