Welcome to Bethany Lutheran Summer Camp!
Summer camp is available for current and incoming students who are entering Kindergarten-5th grade.
Your child will enjoy lots of fun with our caring, experienced staff in a safe environment. Every week of summer camp will include devotions, outdoor activities, educational vendors and academic enrichment. We will also be taking some walking field trips on Fridays.
We will provide a summer camp t-shirt for your child as part of registration. Everyone will be required to wear their summer camp t-shirts when we go next door to Pan Am Park, and for our walking field trips on Fridays.
Camp costs are billed every three weeks. You may purchase individual weeks or the entire three-week session. There are three billing sessions and 7 weeks of camp.
If you have more than one child who will attend summer camp, please complete one registration form for each child. Please save a copy of your registration form so that you know which weeks you reserved.
Schedule:
We are open 7:00-5:30.
Our summer camp program and activities are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Extended daycare is from 7:00-9:00, and 4:00-5:30.
Session dates are:
Session 1: June 10-June 28
Session 2: July 1-July 19 (CLOSED July 4- July 5)
Session 3: July 22-August 2
Costs:
$75 non-refundable registration fee
$275 per week
Your charges will be posted to your FACTS account each session.
Please choose your sessions carefully! We charge if you reserve a week and your camper does not attend.
(We staff our camp based on the number of campers signed up.)
Session payment due:
Session 1: Payment due June 7
Session 2: Payment due June 28
Session 3: Payment due July 19
The deadline to register is May 3.
