The program fee does not include airfare to and from Morocco. You must meet the group in Marrakesh on March 19, 2022. You will be picked up up at either the Marrakesh Menara Airport (RAK) or the Marrakesh Railway station depending on your travel plans. You will be transported to Riad 72 and meet up with the group to check-in, relax, refresh. Then we'll go for a welcome dinner. We depart for home from Marrakech too, and your transportation to the airport on March 27 is included in your program fee. *

A $350 deposit is required and non-refundable, because Sevin Travels, LLC must make non-refundable deposits to secure our reservations at Riad 72, Jaimas Madu Luxury Sahara Camp, Ksar Ighnda, Riad 72, and Kasbah Bab Ourika. The deposit will be applied to your overall program fee. If you must cancel, and we find someone to replace you, then I will refund your deposit. *

If you must cancel for any reason, Sevin Travels, LLC will work to refund whatever is possible according to cancellation policies set by hotels, transportation companies, and other vendors. This varies according to payment deadlines and the time that you cancel. If we fill your spot on the program, you will be fully refunded. *

In case of a global health pandemic, such as the current COVID-19 emergency, Sevin Travels, LLC will work to reschedule the program for a later, safer date. This may prevent you from losing your deposit if the trip is delayed due to this specific reason. *
