Each team should designate a TEAM CAPTAIN & a TEAM POINT OF CONTACT. All communication will be sent to those 2 people. Individual players will register and provide the required documentation to their team point of contact in order to play in the tournament.

I understand that the tournament takes place on July 19-21 and that our team must be available for games on each of those days.
I understand that the tournament requires that ALL players have a US Lacrosse membership in order to be covered by event insurance.

I understand that all teams are limited to 18 players on their roster.                                              *If our team wishes to petition for a waiver to have more than 18 we will provide a request via email to wlaxtahoetournament@gmail.com by July 15th in order for the tournament advisory committee to review and provide a ruling.
I understand that if our team is found to have more than 18 or to have borrowed players with out a petition on the roster during a game that the game will count as a win for the non-offending team but can still be played.
The tournament registration fee is $1,300.00 due in full by June 15, 2019. I understand that if we do not pay in full by that date we will loose our non-refundable deposit and spot in the tournament. *
