Request to Recruit on Campus (a.k.a. Employer Tabling) Summer 2024

Thank you for your interest in recruiting on-campus!  Employers who recruit on campus must receive prior authorization and adhere to ACC recruiting guidelines (found at http://www.austincc.edu/business-and-community/recruiting-guidelines). 

Please consider the following before requesting to table on campus.
  • Tabling is most effective for the following industries and roles: retail, hospitality, food and beverage services, and part-time/flexible positions. 
  • Of ACC's 11 campuses, Highland has the most consistent student traffic. 
  • While we advertise that employers are on campus, we cannot estimate student interest nor guarantee that students from a specific area-of-study or major will visit your table. 
  • We may limit the number of times your organization can table on campus so as to allow for a variety of industries or employers to be represented. Please accept our apologies in advance 
  • To draw more attention to your table, we recommend having an activity set up (e.g., a game, an ice breaker) and a prominent sign stating "Now Hiring!" or something similar.  
After submitting this form, a member of ACC's Employer Relations team will reach out to you to discuss logistics. Please allow up to two weeks for all approvals/authorizations to be completed.
