2021-2022 Canyon Crest Academy Parking Permit Application
The SDUHSD Board policy, requires all students to attend a CHP Start Smart class in order to be eligible to obtain a parking permit.  If you have not already completed the course, please email CCAStartSmart@gmail.com to register for Start Smart prior to completing this form.

Parking is available on a first-come, first -served basis.  Once this form is completed and you have completed the Start Smart class, please go to the Finance Office for further instructions.

CCA is a closed campus for 9th and 10th grade students. *
Only 11th and 12th grade students are permitted to leave campus during lunch.  Students should be prepared to show a current Student ID if requested when leaving or returning to campus.
