Demonstrating such commitment through your involvement will help keep Trinity University world class by creating an inclusive, engaging environment for all Trinity alumni.

We seek directors who will work as a team for planning and organizing meaningful alumni events. The Club President will review all nominations and contact you to confirm receipt of your nomination and notify you of the scheduled date for the Club's Spring Planning Meeting. Club board members will be voted in at elections that are held in April or May at the Club's annual Spring Planning Meeting. Elected directors will then elect officers for the following positions:

President
President-Elect
Treasurer
Secretary
Career Network Chair
Recruitment Network Chair
Young Alumni Chair

CURRENT CLUB DIRECTORS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THEIR SECOND YEAR OF SERVICE NEED TO SUBMIT A NEW NOMINATION FORM FOR RE-ELECTION.

General Responsibilities / Expectations:
○ Attend all board meetings.
○ Read (and acknowledge, where appropriate) all correspondence to the board in a timely manner.
○ Attend Club events as often as possible. Also attend Alumni Weekend on campus as and when possible.
○ Chair or co-chair an event.
○ Make a gift to Trinity University at whatever level is comfortable for you every year. We are working to build the base of alumni donors so that every year, alumni leaders are able to share the importance of giving to Trinity.
