Hey there!  Let the planning begin.  You must complete this form a minimum of three weeks prior to your event.  This form will guide you through the process of holding an event on campus.  One of these needs to be completed for every event your club or organization would like to hold.  Please also use this form to request meeting space for your club. You can make this request for entire semester. Answer as thoroughly as possible.  After you submit this form, schedule an appointment with Pam or Sarah to continue the planning process and finalize your event.
