Translation Service Reservation Form
The North Central College Spanish Translation Service for 2024 Commencement Ceremony offers simultaneous Spanish translation via headsets to those who make reservations in advance. Please complete this form to reserve a headset for this service by Friday, April 26 at 12pm.

Important Details:
  • There are a LIMITED NUMBER of headsets available. This service will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • At Commencement, headsets can be picked up starting at 11:30am until 12:40pm on May 5 from staff at a table inside Res/Rec. A form of identification (driver's license, state ID, etc.) or mobile telephone will be held as collateral until headset is returned.
  • A Multicultural Affairs staff member will follow-up with a confirmation email that your reservation has been accepted.
