Registration for the ACT On-Campus Test
To register for the ACT On-Campus Test (formerly ACT-R), please complete this form; print the confirmation and return it to the Office of Recruitment along with the required test fee.  All test dates start at 8:30AM CST.

A minimum of 60 days must elapse before you can take another ACT On-Campus Test; on this or any campus.  There is no waiting period between taking the National ACT and the On-Campus ACT. ACT restricts the number of times a student may take the ACT to 12 times total.  The ACT On-Campus Test does count toward that maximum.

The fee for all ACT On-Campus tests will be $68.00 (non-refundable), with a late fee of $5.00 beginning five (5) business days prior to the test date.  If you do not take the test on the day you are registered, a new registration form and fee payment must be submitted.  If your requested date is full, the form and payment will be returned to you (this is the only instance that payment will be returned).  Space is limited. Fees must be received before registration will be confirmed.
