PRODUCTION CREW
The RCP Board of Directors will serve as the Executive Producer for Kids Camp. You will be required to provide the following crew members: Camp Director (responsible for the artistic aspect of camp), Camp Production Manager (responsible for all business/organization aspect of camp), Music Director (can be the same as Camp Director), Head Counselor, and Lead Carpenter.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Camp Director is a contracted and paid position. This person may be subject to background check.   They will be responsible for putting a team of counselors together, as well as a production crew.  The Camp Director reports directly to the Board of Directors.
