If you're a student and you would like to appeal for an Add/Drop after the deadline, please talk to your advisor. If the student receives financial aid and this change of schedule reduces their total hours to less than 12, please check with the Financial Aid office before filling out this form. Withdrawing from courses may reduce the amount of their financial aid for this semester.
When a student withdraws from a class, tuition or fees for that class are not refunded. That class will remain on their transcript with a grade of "W," which will not affect their GPA. The class will still be factored into their class completion rate.
