Thank you for showing an interest in teaching and leading at Rototuna Junior High School (RJHS). We are a school of 1375+ (and growing) year 7-10 students and over 100 staff in the northern most suburb of Hamilton.

RJHS provides a unique, challenging and enjoyable environment to teach in. We place significant emphasis on working and learning collaboratively and believe as a leadership team we offer our staff the opportunity to contribute actively to the direction of the school and importantly to realise their own potential as an educator.

A critical consideration for all applicants is the expectation that all teachers will be willing to teach in collaborative teams within an integrated approach at all levels of the school (Year 7-10). Our staff understand how challenging this can be and we are all exceptionally supportive and encouraging of successful applicants.
