The San Antonio Plunge is a five-day mission event (August 13-17) sponsored by Trinity’s Parker Chapel. Through our time together, we focus on becoming familiar with what it means to be a member of the San Antonio community for these next four years, while also exploring the life in a faith community within an urban area, community service at Trinity, and Trinity life in general. Space is limited and is filled on a first come, first served basis.

Registration is $100 - scholarship help is available.

Plungers will have access to their rooms on Sunday, August 13th, at 9:00 am. Some will move their belongings in at that point; others will bring only their bag and sleeping bag for the Plunge, and will move their belongings in with the regular first year student move-in on Friday, the 18th. This program is designed to be an immersion experience so while students will be staying in their rooms on campus,  most of our time will be spent together in service, fellowship, small groups, and over meals.

NOTE: The Plunge conflicts with commitments of football players, women's and men's soccer players, and students in the Skyline Scholars program (previously known as Summer Bridge) - we're sorry that you can't do both.
