By completing form this I understand the following:
1. I am responsible for the new amount owed if I am adding a week. My invoice will reflect this new amount.
2. I am not responsible for the amount owed if I am dropping a week AND I completed this form two weeks prior to the camp week being dropped.
3. I will receive a refund for a week I am dropping if I have filled out this form two weeks prior to the camp week being dropped.
