The Black Leadership Advisory Council (BLAC) is a student advisory board that will serve as an outreach, engagement, and advocacy board that connects the black student population to the Black campus life experience at Old Dominion University. The Black Leadership Advisory Council will have 25 positions open to Black students who are interested in serving once a month on the advisory council. Each active Black student organization will have a representative on the council and the rest of the council will have at-large student advisory board positions.
