2015 Routing Failures
Please use this form ONLY to report long routes (>100mi/150km) which fail with a Routing Server Timeout, or a Couldn't Find  a Route error message.

Please DO NOT report failures which occur when you have a notice at the top of the app about GPS or network connectivity (even if you know you had good data coverage at the time), that is a separate issue.
Please DO NOT report routes which fail with the greater than 1000 miles error message either, even if you know the route is less than 1000 miles. This is also a separate issue.

Please provide a livemap Permalink for the route which fails
Please make sure the permalink includes the route start and end points in it, it should try to calculate a route as soon as you click on it. If the route fails in livemap, you will need to instead provide a start and end permalink below.
Please provide a WME Permalink to the UR from a user complaining about this route (if any)
Please make sure the permalink includes the UR in it (have the UR open when creating the permalink)
