Vending space will be held in the JDC Gym ONLY 2 chairs will be provided. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TABLE.  Any additional tables must not block other vendors and will have to be approved the day of NO LATER THAN 8:30a.  Spaces will be assigned by Dot.  Please check in with her upon arrival. 773.720.0050
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Do you have a Vendor License, TAX ID # or Business Certificate? *
2. How will you honor the $5 Black Mall Bucks coupon. *
You can choose how they will be honored at your table.  Ex. $5 off a purchase of $20 or more or a $5 bottle of lotion will be given with a purchase of $15 or more.
3. Will you have a CLOTH (non/synthetic), tablecloth (preferably black) for your table? *

This is our Super Ujamaa Market and we want to create a Black Super Store environment.  Please let us know what department you want to be apart of contingent upon the types of items that you sell.

I understand that I am not approved for vending until I receive a reserved email which will give me my payment options.  I also understand that I am not confirmed until payment has ben received.
**IMPORTANT** *
Space is limited and we want to diversify our vendors to show a wonderful variety of Black owned businesses, so please understand that if you are not chosen for this event, we will rotate your business in for upcoming Ujamaa markets.  Please come prepared with business cards, flyers, a bank for change and even order sheets.  Even if you aren't confirmed as a vendor, this is a great event to pass out flyers.
