Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey which should take approximately 10 minutes of your time. The survey is part of an undergraduate research study which aims to explore the inclusivity of sport and physical activities currently provided at WLV Sport . This survey will encompass the perspectives of you as disabled person, and aims to gather your experience, thoughts and perceptions in relation to what promotes or restricts disability participation in WLV Sport.
In addition to this survey a second separate survey will specifically look at obtaining the views of staff and volunteers who work for WLV Sport in relation to the same overall question. The two surveys should then identify themes/ patterns which will inform the final report. If you consent to taking part in the study, please note that all personal information relating to you will be anonymized in the final report and stored securely on a password protected account. This information will only be available to the researcher. Please note that you have the right to withdraw from the study at any point prior to the completion of the final report.
Any recommendations from the research project will be feedback to James Dale, Head of WLV Sport to inform their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.
