CSF Induction Ceremony 6 PM  March 16, 2016 - Practice @ lunch 3/16 PAC
Use this form to sign-up for our Annual Induction Ceremony

There are two ways you can participate and earn meeting points:

1. Our guest and refreshment partner.  Bring refreshments (5:00-5:30 on March 16)  and stay for the ceremony (6:00 on March 16) -  Counts for 1 meeting.  and 1 Hour Community Service. MUST STAY TO GET POINTS

2. Inductee:  Participate in our ceremony as a new member Inductee-  You must attend at least one practice during lunch on March 15 or March 16 in the PAC.  Show up for Induction at 5:30 on March 16. Counts for 2 meetings - Practice plus Induction.

INDUCTION IS PART OF MEMBERSHIP.  IT IS A CEREMONY , JUST FOR YOU.
