Professionals Volunteer form for Black Engineering Week. Volunteers get to attend the events they contribute to for free.

We have a limited number of slots for volunteers. We will be reaching out to volunteers on or before May 1st.

Select the Day1 - (June 16th) - Braven (4:30 PM - 7:30 PM)

Setup( 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM ) - Arranging tables and chairs needed for an event.

Food Pickup ( 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM ) - Reaching to the designated restaurant and collecting the food and bringing it to the event location.

Accompany People from Hotel to event ( 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM ) - Escorting people from their hotel to the event location.

Registration ( 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM ) - Managing and handling the process of registering attendees for the event.

Event Administration ( 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM ) - Monitoring and managing the event, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Cleanup ( 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM ) - Cleaning up and tidying the event location after the event has ended.

Select the Day 2 - (June 17th) - Event - Golf Facility (8:00 AM - 11:30 AM)

Accompany People from Hotel to event ( 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM )

Photography ( 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM ) - Capturing the photographs of the event and attendees, moments and highlights.

Promotion ( May 1st - June 15 th )

Marketing - Promoting the event and generating interest in it, through various advertising and communication channels.

Materials - Sourcing and arranging materials needed for the event, such as equipment, signage, and promotional materials.

Booth Attendance ( 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM ) - Managing a booth or exhibition space at the event, interacting with attendees and promoting products or services.
